Please note that standard wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Over time, prongs and precious metals may experience natural wear, which may require restoration work or building up. Bent, caught, or worn-out prongs that lead to stone loss or any damage caused by normal wear are not covered. Similarly, if stones are lost or fall out due to chipping, breaking, or normal wear, it is not covered under the warranty.

To ensure your jewellery retains its brilliance, we offer complimentary cleaning, polishing, and rhodium-plating services for life. We recommend having your diamond rings cleaned and inspected every six months to a year or after any potential damage. These services are always free of charge for any jewellery purchased through us.
