  • A: Due to the designs of certain rings, the sizing options may be limited. If there is a ring that you are interested in that is not in your size, please feel free to contact us with the size that you need and we will happily see what can be done.

If necessary to the design, we will start by sourcing the perfect gemstone(s) and then we use advanced technology like digital images and 3D printing to provide a visual representation of the piece before manufacturing begins, ensuring your satisfaction with the design.

On average, it can take 4-6 weeks from the initial consultation to the completion of the piece. However, more intricate designs or specific requests may require additional time. We strive to provide a realistic timeline during the consultation process.

  • A: We provide a lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects for the custom-designed jewellery we produce (including free cleaning and polishing for life). However, normal wear and tear, chipped or lost stones, and damage caused by mishandling are not covered under the warranty. We recommend regular inspections and maintenance to keep your jewellery in optimal condition.
